JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an HVAC Technician to support a six-story commercial office building in Rochester, NY. This role is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of commercial HVAC equipment, including air conditioning systems, makeup air units, and cooling towers. The technician will also assist with the upkeep of more than 300 VAV units throughout the facility and coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with overtime opportunities, limited weekend coverage, and participation in a rotating on-call schedule.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

6+ months of commercial HVAC maintenance experience
Basic troubleshooting and repair skills on commercial HVAC equipment - VAVs preferred

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience maintaining VAV systems, air handling units, cooling towers, or large commercial HVAC systems
HVAC certification or technical trade school training
