  • Generate and process documentation including demand letters, appraisal orders, check requests, payment histories, bankruptcy proofs of claim, and other workout-related materials.
  • Support legal, repossession, recovery, and Small Business Administration (SBA) claim processes through research, documentation gathering, and administrative support.
  • Perform account maintenance, system updates, tracking, and reporting activities throughout the lifecycle of a workout account.
  • Monitor and process payments, deposit account offsets, overdraft transactions, and related reporting.
  • Research account remediation cases and maintain supporting documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal partners across Collections, Workout, Legal, Recovery, and other business areas to ensure smooth workflow execution and timely resolution of requests.

  • Is comfortable learning and navigating multiple systems and applications.
  • Wants to build a career in banking operations, collections, workout, credit, or risk management.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Strong Excel skills, including working with formulas, pre-built spreadsheets, and basic macro functionality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
