Position Summary

The Plumbing Helper is an entry-level role designed for individuals who want to learn the plumbing trade from the ground up. In this position, you will assist a Plumbing Technician with installations, maintenance, inspections, and light repairs. Your primary goal is to develop the knowledge, skills, and work habits necessary to grow into a skilled plumbing professional. Starting pay is determined based on skills and experience.

What You’ll Do

• Assist Plumbing Technicians with light repair, maintenance, and installation work
• Observe and learn all aspects of plumbing systems and building performance services
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and properly inventoried truck
• Wear floor savers and protect customers’ homes while performing service
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers
• Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Follow all company safety standards and best practices
• Participate actively in training sessions, morning meetings, and team events
• Follow the company Code of Ethics and Team Rules
• Remain safety-conscious on job sites and while driving
• Travel to training sessions or meetings as required (up to 25–50%)
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Experience with ServiceTitan software

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work on concrete floors and uneven surfaces for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Ability to work in tight or awkward spaces and carry required tools and equipment
• Exposure to construction site conditions including noise from power tools and dust/debris
• Ability to sit for extended periods when required
• Ability to travel for training and meetings as needed
