This is not an entry-level order taker role.

This is a performance-driven sales position with uncapped earning potential and clear growth opportunities.

Job Description:

  • Office Location: 3223 S Cherokee Ln, Woodstock, GA 30188
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am 6:00pm.
  • Dress Code: Business casual. Nice jeans are okay. Look professional.

Responsibilities:

  • Work and develop leads, which are provided daily.
  • Manage a sales funnel: Call, Prospect, Find solution, Close, Onboard
  • Use Needs-Based Selling. Customize a plan for customer. No product pushing.
  • Types of insurance you'll sell: Auto, Home, Motorcycle, Boat, Personal Property, Commercial, etc.
  • Meet or exceed monthly production goals

Requirements

No previous insurance experience or license necessary.

Previous experience in either sales, service industry, or business admin preferred.

Being money-motivated is required!
