About the Opportunity

MCL Talent Partners is hiring on behalf of a premier client in the Omaha, NE area for a full-time B2B Sales Representative (Entry-Level). This is an ideal entry-level, client-facing opportunity centered around meeting directly with business owners, developing strong professional relationships, and helping clients review available benefit solutions.

The role is in-person and relationship-driven, with comprehensive training, leadership mentorship, and ongoing guidance provided from the very beginning. This opportunity is based in Omaha and may also be an excellent fit for candidates commuting from Council Bluffs, Bellevue, Papillion, and surrounding metro communities.

No prior corporate experience is required. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, outside sales, hospitality, retail management, or other people-focused roles are highly encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do
  • Client Facing Consultations: Meet with business owners and executive decision-makers in person (strictly B2B; no residential door-to-door or retail in-store sales).
