Our Job Coaches are responsible for the growth and development of our members in their place of community employment. If you want to help others by promoting skill development, growth and independence we want to meet with you!

This position requires open availability with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Our Job Coaches are direct support professionals who assist with training and development of basic work skills, habits and attitudes for members placed in a community job. You will be responsible for goal development and objectives for members and implement assigned tasks and duties on the job. You will also assist with the day-to-day operations and changing work environment for each member you work with. This position may provide transportation for members in a personal vehicle when necessary.
