JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Verifies proper quality documents and other paperwork is present prior to start of work
• Completes Dimensional reports and machine logs for all items machined
• Operates a forklift and lifting devices for movement of parts
• Communicates with supervisor, planners, engineers, production control, quality and other shop personnel as it relates to the job
• Necessary PPE should be worn all time as per JHA and task requirement
• Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly and perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to pass a physical, drug test, and background check
BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES
• Must be adaptable to changing work environment, competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
• Ability to work effectively with different people and teams of people by putting others to ease
• Staying on task and following the procedures without deviation
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
