Entry-Level CNC Operator

Location: Mishawaka, IN
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime possible on Saturdays)
Pay: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour

Job Summary

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking an Entry-Level CNC Operator to join our team in Mishawaka, IN. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping produce precision components that support the automotive glass industry. No prior CNC experience is required — we are willing to train motivated candidates who are eager to learn and build a long-term career in manufacturing.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Entry-Level CNC Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
-Operating CNC equipment: Learn to safely operate CNC machinery used in the production of precision parts for the automotive glass industry.
-Monitoring product quality: Inspect finished components and verify measurements to ensure products meet quality and production standards.
-Supporting production operations: Load materials, assist with machine setup, and maintain smooth workflow throughout the production process.
-In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, follow all safety procedures, and work closely with experienced team members during hands-on training.

Qualifications:
