Ready to start a career in the stone industry? If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, we provide hands-on training to get you up to speed. Join our team as a CNC Operator and help polish and finish stone surfaces to meet the highest quality standards.

This is a 3rd shift role: Sunday–Thursday, 8:30pm–5:00am.

What You’ll Do
  • Operate CNC milling machines to polish and finish stone surfaces
  • Load, run, and navigate program databases for accurate operation
  • Perform standard machine shop operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Ensure every part meets required quality specifications
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
What We’re Looking For
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum 1 year of machining experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented self-starter with a positive, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions consistently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed

Physical amp; Work Environment
  • Standing, lifting, and moving throughout 8–12 hour shifts
  • Lift/move up to 30 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs occasionally)
  • Operate overhead crane and other shop equipment safely
  • Use measuring tools and maintain quality standards
  • Work in a fast-paced machine shop environment
