Job Description CNC Machine Operator Location: Monroe, NC Pay: $26.50+/hour DOE Job Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Position Overview M Force Partners is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Monroe, NC. This CNC Machine Operator role is responsible for operating CNC equipment, fabricating precision aluminum components, performing machine adjustments, and ensuring products meet customer specifications and quality standards. The ideal CNC Machine Operator will have experience operating CNC equipment, reading blueprints, making tooling and offset adjustments, and maintaining production and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machinery and execute pre-programmed machining operations Read and interpret blueprints, shop orders, layouts, and work instructions Select proper materials and quantities for production orders Fabricate precision parts to required dimensions and tolerances Perform tooling changes, measure tooling, and make machine offsets as needed Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Perform deburring and finishing operations on completed components Utilize calipers, gauges, and precision measuring equipment to verify dimensions Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support company safety initiatives and follow all established safety procedures Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator, CNC Machinist, or CNC Setup Operator Experience operating CNC machining equipment in a manufacturing environment Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and process documentation Experience using calipers, gauges, measuring equipment, and hand tools Ability to perform machine offsets and tooling adjustments Basic computer skills Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work independently while maintaining production and quality standards Preferred Qualifications Experience with aluminum fabrication or architectural products CNC setup and troubleshooting experience Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment Job presented by M Force Partners M Force Partners is a specialized recruitment partner connecting top-tier talent with leading organizations.
