Job Description:Responsibilities:
  • Partner withSRE, architecture, and application teams to implement security best practices and secure-by-design principlesin the cloud.
  • Partners with multiple stakeholderstoplan,prioritize,andimprovesecurity initiativestomitigate riskstowards HPE networking cloud environments and assets.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders such as engineering, product management, other security teams, programmanagersand partners to ensure effective and efficient delivery, and support of cloud security engagements.
  • Monitor and improve cloud security posture across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments,leveragingmetrics to driveimprovements and governance.
  • Support compliance activities, cloud threat detection, incident response investigations, and forensicinitiativesas needed.
  • Representsthesecurityengineering team in various technical forums and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced team members.
  • Drives innovation and integration ofnew technologiesinto projects and activities in thenetworkingorganization.
Education and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline.
  • Typically, 7-10 yearsofexperience.
Knowledge and Skills:
