As an Assistant Clinical Supervisor II at 360 Behavioral Health, you’ll not only continue making a difference with clients but also develop leadership skills, mentor a team, and shape high-quality clinical programs. Your Role in Action

  • Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct service delivery.

  • Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coaching.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years ABA experience (desired)
  • 1+ year supervisory experience, including staff training and performance evaluations
