Job description

The Clinical Operations Associate is responsible for working with students preparing for clinical or practical experiences associated with degree programs offered by the College of Nursing and Health Sciences. The Clinical Operations Associate collaborates with health records partners to ensure students are compliant with clinical partner requirements or prevent them from entering clinical or practice experience partner sites. if they are not. The position plays a significant role in managing and assisting students with access to document management software. The associate will also assist in managing communications with clinical and practice experience sites including maintenance of site-specific documents including contracts.
We believe work should fit your life, not the other way around. Our hybrid schedule includes two days on site in our Albany office, with the flexibility to work remotely the remaining days. Spend less time commuting and more time focusing on meaningful work or personal priorities. Core hours are 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, including a 1-hour lunch, for a 37.5-hour week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain health record databases.
  • Communicate electronically and verbally with students.
  • Obtain and maintain student files.
  • Prepare, document, and track clinical and practice experience assignments.
  • Work with the team and other departments to ensure policies and procedures are followed.

  • Associate's Degree required
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, project management skills preferred.
  • Comfort working with technologies to collect and analyze data in support of CNHS initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Customer Service and organizational skills

The hiring salary range for this position is $40,000.00 - $42,000.00. The hiring salary range above represents the University's good faith estimate at the time of posting
