This manufacturing client is seeking an Operations Center Analyst - Energy Systems to support real-time monitoring and management of customer energy systems within a 24/7 operations center environment. This individual will help ensure system uptime, troubleshoot issues, and provide first-line support to customers by analyzing data, responding to alerts, and coordinating resolutions.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career looking to gain hands-on experience in operations, monitoring, and customer-facing support within a global manufacturing organization.

Job Responsibilities Include:

- Monitor customer energy systems and assets in real-time to ensure uptime and performance

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software issues or escalate when needed

- Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide system health updates

- Document incidents, communications, and actions taken in internal systems

-Follow established SOPs/MOPs with strong attention to detail

- technical data to identify trends or potential issues

- Maintain awareness of regional energy markets and conditions

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently

Additional Skills/Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred; open to recent college graduates

- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset

- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to follow structured processes and document work accurately

- Comfortable working in a shift-based schedule (nights/weekends/holidays as needed)

- Coachable, dependable, and eager to learn

- Ability to stay calm and focused in a real-time operations environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kennett Square, PA.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
