Job description

Client Relations Specialist (Tuesday-Saturday)
We're looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
  • Tuesday - Friday: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
  • Saturday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Sunday & Monday Off
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Coordinate appointments, schedules, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update information in internal systems.
  • Resolve client concerns by identifying solutions and escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Perform general administrative and office support duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, client relations, administrative support, or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
  • Positive attitude with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work the required Tuesday-Saturday schedule.
