Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) to build and promote a diverse and inclusive culture within our organization. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and monitor programs that promote diversity within Solar Mason. This role involves setting policies, creating programs, and leading the initiatives that will bring meaningful change to our organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage the company's diversity initiatives.
  • Identify systemic issues and propose solutions that promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Facilitate respectful and productive conversations around diversity within the organization.
  • Organize training and development programs to educate employees about diversity and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure hiring practices are non-discriminatory.
  • Prepare reports and metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of diversity programs.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Chief Diversity Officer or similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful diversity initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of current diversity and inclusion concepts and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
