  • Follow all Health, Safety & Environmental (HS&E) requirements, including PPE, forklift operation, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), confined-space entry, and related procedures.
  • Perform basic analytical and sampling procedures.
  • Support hazardous waste handling, including proper transfer, documentation, labeling, and spill-response procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Mechanical or electro-mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to learn new processes and equipment quickly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn.
  • Ability to strictly follow safety, quality, and operating procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in emergency or high-pressure situations.
  • Willingness and ability to work both day and night shifts.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following environments is a plus:

  • Semiconductor manufacturing
  • Chemical or specialty gas operations
  • Military technical/electronics environments
  • Nuclear industry
  • Industrial equipment operations or maintenance

TGCM (Total Gas and Chemical Management) is an outsourced industrial service model used in semiconductor and electronics manufacturing to safely handle, supply, and monitor specialty gases and chemicals.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

  • Ability to operate a hydraulic foot pump for 55-gallon drums.
  • Ability to perform frequent bending and physical movement.
  • Ability to wear a respirator when required.
  • Ability to comply with onsite face-mask requirements.
