Learning Design Change Strategy Manager
LaSalle Network is hiring for a Learning Design Change Strategy Manager with a legal services-leading company known for its multi-year technology and AI platform investment and frequent enterprise system rollouts.
LaSalle Network is partnering with our client to hire a Learning Design Change Strategy Manager in Chicago, Illinois for a hybrid environment with on-site expectations. In this contract-to-hire opportunity, the Learning Design Change Strategy Manager will lead change impact assessments, develop clear deployment communications, and create training materials that help attorneys and staff adopt new tools and workflows. This Learning Design Change Strategy Manager role is ideal for someone who can independently learn enterprise software quickly and translate technical changes into practical guidance for non-technical business audiences.
Responsibilities
  • Run organizational change impact assessments ahead of IT projects to identify who is affected and to what degree
  • Develop change and deployment communications that translate technical scope into clear, concise messaging for non-technical business audiences
  • Determine training needs for each rollout and build training materials and resources (this team develops training; it does not deliver it)
  • Record and edit training videos in Camtasia and maintain help documentation
  • Publish and maintain content in the LMS and in help articles
  • Partner with project teams across the full project lifecycle and run test-teach dry runs
  • Measure adoption after deployment and answer end user questions
  • Hold branding, font, color, and formatting standards across deliverables

Qualifications
  • IT background strong enough to learn new enterprise software quickly and understand how changes affect end user workflows
  • Learning design and organizational change management experience (professional services preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with an enterprise LMS
  • Camtasia experience for recording and editing training videos
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, OneDrive, iManage, and LinkedIn Learning
  • Strong business writing skills, especially deployment communications for business audiences
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain branding/formatting standards
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects and pilots
  • Law firm experience is a plus but not required
