This is a unique entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, personable, analytical, and interested in learning how different areas of a financial services business operate.

The associate will primarily support Paragon Wealth Management with client-service requests, meeting preparation, internal reporting, workflow management, and general operations. In addition, the associate will support our sister company, Paragon Accounting & Tax, with scheduling, client communication, document collection, workflow administration, and preparation of client tax packets.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Communicates well and enjoys working with people.
  • Is highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Can identify and solve problems without requiring constant supervision.
  • Takes ownership of responsibilities and follows through.
  • Is curious, analytical, and willing to learn.
  • Can be trusted with confidential financial information.
  • Wants an opportunity to grow rather than perform the same tasks every day.
  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.

Depending on the associate’s performance and interests, the position may develop toward:

  • Financial advising.
  • Investment research and portfolio analysis.

  • Tax planning and business consulting.
  • Outsourced controller or CFO services.

Support for the CPA, CFP®, CFA, or another relevant professional credential may be available.

This is a full-time, in-office position in Doylestown. Some additional hours may be required during tax season.

To apply, please submit a résumé and a brief introduction explaining why this opportunity interests you to ricardo@paragon-wealth.com.
