Job description

Our large manufacturing client located in East Peoria is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer (Entry Level), to add to their team.

Job Description:

  • Provide support to the manufacturing engineering and management teams in data gathering, data entering, data analysis. Create graphs, tables and reports as required for specific engineering projects, data analyses, or updates
  • Assist with project management activities, status updates, project documentation, and provide execution support to the engineering teams on assigned projects and activities
  • Engage in creative problem solving to address issues
  • Create or update Standard Work and Work Procedures

Requirements:

  • Student of a Bachelor or Associate degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or similar field is preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes is desired
  • Knowledge of industrial safety standards is desired
  • Ability to work well in a team and to meet deadlines is required
  • Ability to read and understand regulations and procedures is required
  • Candidates must have good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer software

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
