The RoleAs a maintenance member, you'll be responsible for keeping our community properties safe, functional, and looking their best. You'll handle a variety of maintenance requests and repairs. Daily tasks may include installing appliances, maintaining lawns, repairing flooring or drywall, and ensuring all work areas are clean and safe. This role is ideal for someone reliable, hands-on, and skilled in using tools to complete a wide range of maintenance projects.
