Job description

About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic individuals for the Tower Technician position. As part of a field team, you'll travel throughout the Northwestern United States to service cellular sites, including climbing towers up to 300 feet. You'll assist with a variety of structural projects, such as site builds, rooftop installations, network upgrades, and tower maintenance.

A Day in the Life:
Each week, you'll start on Monday morning at our Hayden/CDA location, then travel to job sites across the region. You'll work on cellular construction and troubleshooting for major carriers such as T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, and CenturyLink. All travel, lodging, and fuel are provided. Expect a variety of projects and stunning views each day.
Training & Development:
We don't require you to have any previous tower climbing experience when applying for this position. Your first 90 days are considered your on-the-job introductory period, where you will learn the skills you need to succeed. You will receive hands-on training in climbing and rescue techniques, CPR, RF safety, industrial rigging, and general construction safety. Our experienced crews will mentor and train you directly in each market to ensure you are fully prepared for the role.

Requirements:
  • Ability to travel Monday-Friday (travel provided)

  • Previous construction experience is a bonus, but not required
