JOB SUMMARY

The student will support the University Relations in developing and overseeing communications, marketing and public relations programs that support the University's missions and goals. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic and creative with a willingness to learn and participate as a part of a team.

About University Relations

Seton Hall University's Division of University Relations shares the Seton Hall story with diverse internal and external stakeholders through compelling and persuasive communications and events. Both independently and through cross-campus partnerships, the Division works collaboratively to deliver messaging through multiple channels to gain understanding and support for Seton Hall as a major, Catholic university.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  Maintain university website by updating/editing content and building webpages

  Assist in photo gathering and resizing

  Assist in social media content production

  May be asked to interview for and write stories

  Attend on-campus events

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  Attention to detail and writing skills

Computer and technology skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to quickly learn AP Stylebook and University Style Guide

Must be enrolled in a matriculated program and registered at least half-time for Fall 2026
