Are you a people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others succeed? Farmers Insurance District 19 is looking for an energetic, organized, and motivated Entry-Level Recruiter to help us identify and attract future insurance agency owners and insurance professionals.

No recruiting experience? No problem. We'll provide the training and support you need to be successful.

Responsibilities
  • Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews and candidate screenings.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with the District Manager.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates.
  • Track recruiting activity using CRM and recruiting tools.
  • Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Help build a strong talent pipeline for current and future opportunities.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales, customer service, marketing, or recruiting experience is a plusbut not required.
