Job description

Hello, Classic Lightning Protection's work is specialized electrical in the construction industry. Specifically: lightning protection, grounding, bonding, surge protection, hardware & wiring design, installation & testing services. Installation work with hand tools, power tools, ladders, work vehicles, small equipment, lift equipment and traveling Monday through Thursday most weeks is needed. Working on rooftop areas, elevated areas & ground level areas. All expenses and travel expenses are all provided by the company. Training is provided for tradesmen with good attitudes who listen, can take direction, are helpful, and willing to learn on their own time and on the job to grow together as a team. We use measuring tapes, hand drills, hand tools, ladders, building plans & light equipment on a regular bases. We can work in commercial, industrial, residential or government sectors on our projects while enjoying the southwest scenery in Arizona and its surrounding states. Regular Wage Starting Pay: depends on skill level & experience for each teammate. Prevailing Wage Pay: depends on the project's location and each install tech's skill level for laborers and for journeymen teammates. Bonuses are paid for weekly traveling, monthly safe & performance goals & semi-annual profit sharing to all teammates. Per diem is paid to all teammates for any overnight trips. Holiday pay and sick pay are provided and vacation time is available to all teammates. A IRA is provided to all long-term teammates only. Laborers make 35k-46k and Journeyman make 46k-70k annually, including DB wages and bonuses. This career requires traveling for outside work around Arizona state and its surrounding states for 3 nights a week. All expenses are covered by the company: tools, uniforms, safety, vehicles, equipment, materials, leadership and traveling costs.
