The Customer Experience Agent renders extraordinary customer service and is responsible for providing account details, articulating product

information, and promoting programs to tax professionals and their clients.

*Call Center Reps will be taking calls from businesses that use their Tax software as well as consumers. Consumers will call in inquiring about their refund advantage program, which allows consumers to get their tax returns quicker through a loan. The businesses are typically mom-&-pop shops that help with Taxes. When call volume is low, they will be doing outbound "Discovery" Calls. These are past customers who have used they service, they will be calling to see if they want to use again. If they do they transfer to their sales department. No sales experience required. roughly 50 calls per day.

Will do some chat as well.

Essential Job Functions:

• Excellent communications skills

• Ability to quickly navigate through system applications to obtain and provide accurate account

information

• Answer all incoming calls in 30 seconds or less

• Answer 50 or more inbound calls daily

• Perform outbound call campaigns to existing customers

• Complete customer request forms

• Document each incoming and outbound call for trend analysis

• Manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining accuracy

• Work well in busy environment

• Maintain overall call volume and service levels at 90% or above

• Maintain a monthly Quality Call Monitor average of 90% or above

• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED is required

• Proven experience in a call center environment

• Experience in a financial or banking environment is preferred

• Computer and data entry skills required

• Proficient verbal and written skills required

• Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets a plus

• Prior experience using chat or email as customer response channel a plus

• Bilingual is desired

2 years of customer service experience (Call center preferred) We will take good retail folk as well (think bank tellers and high level retail such as a spectrum store or a manager, team lead/supervisor in retail) Stay away from candidates that only have Cashier or gas station/warehouse experience.
