Job description

Motus Marketing is looking for motivated, energetic individuals ready to launch a career in sales, marketing, and leadership. If you're seeking a fast-paced opportunity with weekly pay, hands-on training, and real advancement potential, this is your chance to join a team built on growth, performance, and purpose.

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you’ll represent nationally recognized brands inside major retail locations throughout Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. At Motus, we specialize in face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition, helping our clients build brand awareness and connect directly with customers through in-store promotional campaigns. No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed from day one.

What You’ll Do:
• Engage directly with customers inside large retail partners through in-person sales presentations
• Educate customers on products, services, and current promotional offers
• Create positive brand experiences that generate new customer acquisitions
• Help drive campaign results by meeting individual and team performance goals
• Learn core business skills including sales strategy, customer relations, leadership, and team development
