Entry Level Sales Representative

At Apex Collective, we're growing our Business Sales team and looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, learning new skills, and challenging themselves. If you're competitive, coachable, and ready to build a career in sales, we'd love to meet you.
This is an entry-level B2B sales position, so no previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing mentorship, and hands-on coaching to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.
In this role, you'll meet directly with small and medium-sized business owners, helping them evaluate telecommunications solutions that support their day-to-day operations.
What You'll Do
- Build professional relationships with local business owners
- Learn customers' business needs and recommend appropriate telecommunications solutions
- Represent our client professionally during face-to-face business meetings
- Manage your assigned territory and maintain customer relationships
- Participate in daily training and professional development
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable speaking with new people in a professional setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
