Business Office Administrators in Portland Oregon perform a variety of administrative duties including but not limited to answering, screening and forwarding incoming telephone calls, greeting customers professionally, and determining the nature and purpose of their visit. Business Office Administrators also collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondences, mail, messages and courier deliveries. In addition, Business Office Administrators enter data, maintain and update calendars, receive payments and record receipts.
Perform a variety of administrative duties including but not limited to answering, screening and forwarding incoming telephone calls, greeting customers professionally, determining the nature and purpose of their visit; collecting, sorting, distributing and preparing correspondences, mail, messages and courier deliveries, entering data, maintaining and updating calendars, receiving payments and recording receipts.
