Position Summary: This position is responsible for designing, supporting, and improving data flows between business systems, ensuring data quality and integrity, developing reporting solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights. The Integration & Data Analyst works closely with Operations, Accounting, AP, Payroll, IT, HR, Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, Safety, Estimating, Service, Procurement, and external software vendors to support enterprise applications including CMiC, Fieldpoint, Prophix, RIVET, Remarcable, and other business systems.
Primary Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Support integrations between CMiC, Fieldpoint, Prophix, RIVET, Remarcable, Microsoft applications, and other business systems.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of system integrations and automated workflows.
  • Develop and maintain reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics tools to support operational and strategic decision making.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting, integration, and data requirements.
  • Analyze business and system data to identify trends, opportunities, exceptions, and process improvement recommendations.
  • Create and maintain data mapping, transformation, and validation documentation.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity across enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, data discrepancies, and reporting errors.
  • Support user acceptance testing, system upgrades, and application implementations.
  • Assist with enterprise reporting initiatives using tools such as Power BI, SQL, Excel, and business application reporting tools.
  • Develop KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards that provide actionable insights to leadership and operational teams.
  • Partner with application owners and business analysts to improve data visibility and process efficiency.
  • Support data conversions and migrations associated with acquisitions, implementations, and system enhancements.
  • Maintain documentation related to integrations, data structures, reporting processes, and system workflows.
  • Assist with establishing and maintaining data governance standards and best practices.
  • Provide end-user support and training related to reporting and analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with internal and external technology partners on integration and reporting initiatives.
  • Participate in process improvement and automation projects that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, business systems analysis, reporting, integrations, business intelligence, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with enterprise business applications and databases.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Knowledge of data mapping, data validation, and data quality practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CMiC, Fieldpoint, Prophix, RIVET, Remarcable, or similar ERP and operational systems.
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, or other business intelligence tools.
  • Experience supporting API, file-based, or database integrations.
  • Knowledge of construction industry processes including job costing, payroll, project management, procurement, or service operations.
  • Experience with application implementation or data migration projects.
  • Understanding of data governance and master data management concepts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Relevant certifications in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, SQL, Power BI, or related technologies are a plus.
