Job description

TGG is seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst to assist The United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) mission is to conduct global operations in accordance with (IAW) other Combatant Commands, Services, and appropriate United States Government (USG) agencies to deter and detect strategic attacks against the United States (U.S.) and its allies and be prepared to defend the nation as directed.The candidate will be called upon to support the USSTRATCOM JIOC (STRATJIOC) in providing all-source intelligence analysis and products related to the ongoing Multi-Combatant and Intelligence Community (IC) Adversary Strategic Initiative (SI), to include providing tailored analyses of adversary operational intent and strategic capabilities; supporting emulation and derivation development; and providing inputs for IC-level recommendations to warfighters and senior policy decision-makers. Additionally, they will be expect to identify and assess adversary political, military, economic, social, information and infrastructure (PMESII) trends for the purpose of informing USSTRATCOM Indications and Warning (I&W) problems, campaign, and operational planners, the IC, and senior leaders/national security policy makers. Required Experience:The Senior Intelligence Analyst will possess ten (10) years of Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in a designated Focus Area (as outlined in the National Defense Strategy) and as well as 10 years in the following: Demonstrated relevant experience utilizing analytical research collaboration tools, resources, associated equipment and software. Demonstrated relevant experience and knowledge of the IC, its primary members, the intelligence process, evaluation and analysis of intelligence data and J2 functions and capabilities, to include collections and requirements processes. Demonstrated relevant experience in joint and combined operational planning and intelligence methodologies (e.g., Joint Operational Planning and Execution System, Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment), and tactics, techniques and procedures involved in fusing intelligence into operational planning. Demonstrated relevant experience with intelligence information flow and other governing regulations, including Intelligence Oversight classification guidelines and other requirements as needed to ensure a timely response to meet customer requirements. Demonstrated relevant experience in All-Source intelligence processes, data evaluation, and analysis, to include alternative analysis techniques.
