Job description

Professional growth often begins with learning how to lead a strong client conversation.

The Dorne Region is seeking an Entry-Level Business Development Associate. The position is designed for applicants who want to develop client-facing business skills in a structured, professional environment.

Your responsibility is not to overwhelm people with information. It is to understand what they are looking for, explain health and life benefit options clearly, and help them move confidently toward the appropriate next step.

The work requires judgment, communication, and attention to detail. You will learn how to prepare for conversations, ask better questions, organize follow-up, and build trust over time.

Coaching and structured training are available from the beginning. We are open to candidates without an industry background or college degree.

The strongest applicants often bring professionalism, curiosity, and a willingness to be accountable. Experience in hospitality, recruiting, luxury retail, fitness, customer relations, or another high-touch environment can transfer well, but it is not required.

The Dorne Region has expanded into multiple major markets across the country. This position is offered through a contractor arrangement with commission-based compensation. First-year earning potential generally falls between $85,000 and $130,000, based on individual activity and completed results.

We are considering applicants who want to build a serious business-development foundation.
