Job description

A business-development career does not have to begin with years of experience.

The Dorne Region is hiring an Entry-Level Business Development Associate. Training is provided, and no previous health-benefits experience or college degree is required.

Your day will move through four core stages:

  1. Begin conversations with individuals exploring health and life benefit options.
  2. Learn what matters to them through thoughtful questions.
  3. Explain the next step in a clear, professional way.
  4. Follow through until the conversation is complete.

As you become more comfortable, you will also develop stronger skills in client relationships, communication, time management, and business growth.

Applicants from customer service, hospitality, athletics, fitness, recruiting, retail, and other high-contact environments often bring valuable transferable skills. You may be a strong fit if you want to enter business development but have never been given a real starting point.

The position follows a contractor compensation structure. Income is commission-based rather than guaranteed, allowing performance and completed results to directly influence earnings. First-year earning potential generally ranges from $85,000 to $130,000.

The Dorne Region has teams across several U.S. markets and provides a structured environment for motivated individuals to learn.

If you are ready to build professional confidence and take ownership of your results, apply for consideration.
