THE COMPANY

Our client is a leading technology company that provides cloud-based software solutions to early childhood education centers and childcare providers across the United States. Their platform helps childcare businesses streamline enrollment, billing, tuition payments, parent communication, compliance tracking, and overall center operations.

THE JOB

We are hiring multiple Business Development Representatives (BDRs) in Denver, CO. This is an entry-level sales role focused primarily on outbound prospecting and cold calling.

As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by setting qualified demo appointments for the Account Executive team. You will spend the majority of your day on the phone engaging decision-makers at childcare centers and early education facilities across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 75–80 outbound calls per day to prospective customers
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives
  • Manage outreach and activity through Salesforce CRM system
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally
  • Consistently hit and exceed monthly performance targets

You will participate in a structured 4-week sales training program led by a dedicated sales enablement team. Training includes product knowledge, objection handling, pitch development, and live call coaching. New hires ramp into full production with clear performance benchmarks.

This is a hybrid role based in Denver, with in-office expectations approximately three days per week.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for driven, competitive, and resilient individuals who are excited to build a career in software/technology sales.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Strong communication skills and professional presence
  • Comfort with high-volume outbound calling
  • A competitive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Grit and resilience — ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Coachability and eagerness to learn
  • Reliable transportation to meet in-office requirements

Preferred (but not required):

  • Prior cold-calling experience
  • Door-to-door sales background
  • Service industry experience

This role is ideal for someone looking to break into tech sales and build a long-term career with a company that promotes from within.

THE BENEFITS

Compensation:

  • $21/hour base pay
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Realistic first-year earnings around $55,000
  • High performers can earn $65,000–$70,000+
  • Base pay increase after 90 day quota attainment
  • Clear path to promotion

Benefits begin on Day 1 and include:

  • Medical and dental coverage
  • 401(k) with 4% company match and immediate vesting
  • Transportation benefits (EcoPass)
  • Partial parking coverage for Denver employees

If you are competitive, money-motivated, and ready to build a career in tech sales, this is a strong launchpad opportunity with a well-established software organization that allows for significant growth potential.
