Job Title: Junior Business Development Associates (Entry-Level)

Location: GA Area (Field-Based)

Employment type: Temporary to Permanent

Assignment duration: 6-month assignment (July 1–December 31)

Securemedy Incorporated is a growing provider of professional security guard and patrol services serving government, commercial, residential, healthcare, and institutional clients. We are seeking motivated and energetic Junior Business Development Associates to support our continued expansion across the GA markets.

This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to build a career in sales, business development, commercial real estate, or the security industry.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily in-person prospecting to prospective businesses within assigned region.
  • Visit commercial buildings, residential communities, healthcare facilities, schools, shelters, and property management offices.
  • Introduce Securemedy's security services to prospective clients.
  • Identify decision-makers and schedule meetings for senior business development executives.
  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Build professional relationships with property managers, facility directors, and business owners.
  • Record prospect activity and market intelligence using the company's CRM system.
  • Attend networking events and represent Securemedy professionally at all times.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing or business-related field (strongly preferred)
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal oriented.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to walk through commercial districts and meet with prospective clients daily.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
