About the Role
We are seeking a resourceful and intuitive Business Development Representative who thrives on turning complex challenges into opportunities for connection and growth. You'll be on the ground floor of a cutting edge company disrupting the multi-billion dollar ad industry.
As a Business Development Representative, you'll get exposure to all types of businesses while speaking to stakeholders from ad operations to CEOs. Through a consultative and analytical approach, you'll be able to help identify real business needs and how Everflow can help them grow.
Responsibilities:
  • Educate marketing professionals on how Everflow can help them streamline processes and grow their partner marketing program
  • Diligently update Hubspot, our CRM, to stay current on leads and follow ups
  • Qualify all sales leads and set appointments via chat, email and phone
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and marketing efforts
  • Hand off qualified leads to our Account Executives
  • Exhibit superior customer service in all prospect/customer engagement
  • Shadow our Account Executives to help acquire skills you'll need for your next role on the Everflow Sales Team

Qualifications:
While none of these requirements/qualifications are mandatory for hiring, candidates should demonstrate proficiency in some of these areas. As employees advance in their roles, they are anticipated to cultivate deeper expertise across all of these domains.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with Hubspot is preferred but not required
  • Affiliate Networking experience
  • Affiliate Marketing Knowledge

Requirements:
  • 1 years of experience as a SDR/BDR/LDR or similar experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or other relevant field
  • Prior experience and strong level of comfort with Linkedin and email outreach REQUIRED
  • High energy, intelligent, driven, eager to learn, and committed to overachievement in all challenges you tackle
  • Tech-savvy, ability to problem solve within the tools you are working in
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and drive to succeed

Compensation
Annual Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
