Position Overview
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Business Development Representatives who are ready to start their career in business development. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and build a successful career in a supportive environment.
No prior experience is required. We provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed. You will learn how to connect with potential customers, understand their needs, present solutions, and grow into a confident business development professional.
In this role, you will work closely with business development leaders, marketing, and other team members while gaining hands-on experience in the full business development process.
Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and participate in the full business development cycle, from initial outreach to closing opportunities
  • Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, networking, and other outreach methods
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients
  • Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Assist with presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to meet potential customers
  • Work toward monthly and quarterly goals with guidance from leadership
  • Collaborate with Business Development Leadership, Marketing, and other internal teams
  • Participate in training sessions and ongoing coaching to continuously improve your business development skills
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • No prior experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
  • Strong interest in starting a career in business development
