Work alongside the IT Business Analyst on various development projects using Office 365 and Power Platform, in an experiential learning environment that will serve the needs of the campus community.
Specific Responsibilities
Work with the IT Business Analyst to plan, develop, document, and support digital transformation projects such as: forms automation, custom app development, and process analysis and improvement.

Assist with the design, development, and implementation of solutions using O365 and Power Platform
Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business requirements
Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot issues as needed
Participate in team meetings and project updates, and provide regular progress reports to the IT Business Analyst
Perform other duties as assigned
