Are you passionate about working with your hands, solving mechanical problems, and building a career in the diesel industry? At RWC Group, we're looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow through our Diesel Technician Apprentice Program.

As a Diesel Technician Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced technicians while receiving hands-on training in preventative maintenance, diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on commercial trucks and buses. This is an outstanding opportunity to develop valuable technical skills, receive ongoing manufacturer training, and build a rewarding career with one of the premier International® Truck dealerships in the West.

What You'll Do

  • Learn diesel diagnostics, maintenance, and repair from experienced technicians.
  • Assist with preventative maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs.
  • Perform routine services such as oil changes, lubrication, filter replacements, and tire inspections.
  • Learn to use advanced diagnostic equipment and shop tools.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Accurately document repairs and inspections.
  • Participate in manufacturer and company-sponsored training programs.
  • Follow all safety policies and quality standards.
