Next Target is a rapidly growing sales and marketing firm dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences and measurable growth for our clients. We collaborate with established brands to strengthen their retail presence, connect with consumers, and drive in-store performance.

At Next Target, we're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Brand Marketing Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on, on site position that offers valuable experience in marketing, sales, and customer relations. You'll work closely with our marketing and sales departments to build brand awareness, generate leads, and help drive business growth through engaging promotional campaigns within our partnered retail settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns that increase customer engagement and boost sales.

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers while effectively promoting products and services.

• Engage in direct, face-to-face interactions with customers in retail settings to generate sales.

• Attend client product training sessions and clearly communicate key product details to customers.

• Identify new sales opportunities and consistently work to meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

Preferred but not required: 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or retail.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.

• Leadership potential and a desire to grow within the company.

• Dependable, adaptable, and committed to delivering results.

What We Offer:

• Competitive base pay plus commission and bonus potential

• Flexible scheduling

• Paid, hands-on training with one-on-one mentorship

• Clear advancement opportunities into leadership and management roles

• Business travel, networking, and personal growth opportunities

• A supportive, collaborative work environment that values your success

At Next Target, we focus on developing people from the ground up. You’ll receive hands-on training while building valuable experience in marketing, customer relations, sales, and brand representation, with opportunities to take on greater responsibilities as you grow.
