Seasonal Brand Ambassador / Customer Service Representative
LPHI | K9 Resorts
FLSA: Part-Time Hourly Non-Exempt

At K9 Resorts, we deliver a luxury experience for dogs and peace of mind for their owners. Our award-winning pet care resorts combine premium boarding, daycare, and grooming with unmatched customer service. We’re looking for a high-energy, sales-driven Customer Service Representative to be the face of our brand and create unforgettable client experiences.
As we prepare for our newest resort opening, we’re looking for energetic, outgoing, and pet-loving team members to help introduce K9 Resorts to the community through local events, grassroots marketing, and client engagement initiatives.
What You’ll Do
As a Seasonal Brand Ambassador, you’ll help build excitement and awareness for our upcoming resort opening while creating positive first impressions of the K9 Resorts brand.
Community Outreach amp; Brand Awareness:
Represent K9 Resorts at community events, festivals, farmers markets, and local partnerships
Engage with pet parents and educate them on our luxury boarding, daycare, and grooming services
Distribute promotional materials, giveaways, and "coming soon" information
Support grassroots marketing efforts including local business outreach and neighborhood engagement
Help generate leads, tours, and future reservations prior to opening
Create excitement around grand opening activities and promotions
Serve as polished and enthusiastic brand ambassador in the community

Client Experience amp; Sales Support:
Deliver exceptional hospitality and customer service at every interaction
Answer questions about services, memberships, daycare, boarding, and resort amenities
Assist with booking inquiries and capturing prospective client information
Support resort tours and enrollment events
Confidently recommend services and promotions tailored to each pet family

What We’re Looking For
Passion for dogs, making memorable experiences, and understanding of pet parent expectations
Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Comfortable speaking with guests and promoting services in public settings
Sales-minded and confident engaging new clients
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for events
Ability to work weekends, evenings, and community events as needed
Prior customer service, hospitality, retail events, or promotional experience preferred
Comfortable using technology including tablets, scheduling systems, and basic Microsoft Office tools
