GTM Success Manager

Global (Remote)

As a Success Manager within the Go-To-Market (GTM) team at Polyhedra Network, you will drive the success and satisfaction of our partners, customers, and ecosystem participants. Your role will focus on onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion, ensuring our blockchain interoperability and zero-knowledge proof (ZKP) solutions deliver maximum value. You will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with partners to understand their needs, provide strategic guidance, and drive seamless integration with our technology.

This role is ideal for someone with a customer-centric mindset, strong technical understanding, and a passion for blockchain innovation. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business Development teams to enhance our offerings and contribute to long-term ecosystem growth.

AI Tool Proficiency Requirements

What You Will Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for users, partners, and ecosystem participants, ensuring smooth onboarding, integration, and ongoing engagement.

  • Drive adoption of Polyhedra's interoperability solutions across projects, developers, and enterprises.
  • Proactively identify challenges and provide strategic solutions to maximize retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to develop educational resources, best practices, and technical documentation.
  • Empower partners and users by participating in training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics to optimize user experience and drive continuous improvements.
  • Gather feedback to support the Head of Engagement in influencing product development and refining GTM strategies.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities by deepening relationships with existing partners.
  • Work closely with Sales & Business Development to ensure seamless handoffs and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, including smart contracts, tokenomics, oracles, DeFi, Layer 1 and 2 protocols, and zero-knowledge proofs.
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Partner Success in a Web3 environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com, Salesforce) and customer analytics.
