The Opportunity
As a Front Office Strategy Consulting - Marketing & Commercial Strategy Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on customer-centric marketing strategies. You will analyze customer behavior, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and offer guidance to help clients optimize their marketing efforts, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to develop customer-centric solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth
- Developing targeted marketing campaigns by interpreting customer behavior and optimizing marketing efforts
- Offering guidance and support to clients in improving customer engagement and increasing revenue growth
- Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client connections and inspire team members

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
