Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused approaches.
• Set therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy services to accommodate clients with accessibility challenges or those preferring virtual sessions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and continuous professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic efficacy and address emerging trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Therapist at Creekview Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse client base ranging from adolescents facing anxiety and depression to adults dealing with trauma and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and collaboration with team members.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in all client interactions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to maintain a productive workload.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing virtual therapy or familiarity with telehealth systems.
• Background in working with trauma-informed care approaches.
• Proficiency in a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits
