Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans by utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate meaningful client progress.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure the highest standards of patient privacy and care quality.
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with your treatment team through regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at improving therapeutic outcomes.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health, integrating new techniques and methodologies into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will support primarily include individuals experiencing mental health crises or undergoing detoxification processes. Your expertise will guide them through troubling experiences, helping to address various mental health conditions with proven therapeutic techniques. By fostering a safe and supportive environment, you’ll play a crucial role in aiding their recovery and long-term mental health stability.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
• Demonstrated understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and the ability to apply these techniques effectively to a diverse client base.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport quickly and effectively with clients and team members alike.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities that enable you to develop adaptive interventions based on individual client needs.
