Schedule:ย ย Monday through Friday 8am-5:30pmย (hours vary from 20-30+ depending on your schedule and client needs)
Location: 4838 E. Baseline Rd Bldg 3 Suite 117 and 118 Mesa, AZ 85026
**$500 Sign-On Bonus available for eligible candidates with an active or inactive Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Please note that candidates with an expired RBT certification do not qualify for the RBT sign-on bonus.**

As a Behavior Technician,ย youโ€™llย work one-on-one with children, helping them build communication, social, and problem-solving skills using evidence-based ABA techniques. Ifย youโ€™reย empathetic, motivated, and excited to make a difference, this could be the perfect fit.ย

  • Provideย 1:1 ABA therapyย in our centers or in home-based settingsย

  • Comfort using tablet-based technologyย 
  • Access to reliable transportation, with your name listed as an insured driver preferred.ย ย 
  • A Driverโ€™s Licenseย in the state of Arizona *exceptions areย active-dutyย military and college students*ย 
  • Commitment to completing ourย paid virtual RBT training programย 

Physical Requirements:ย ย 

  • Direct work with clients may include, without limitation, the following physical demands: sitting, kneeling, squatting, running,ย twistingย and turning, reaching above shoulders and/or frequent physical transitions.ย Responsibilities listed are illustrative and may change at ACESโ€™ discretion.ย

*The pay scale provided is the hourly wage range ACESย reasonably expectsย to pay for clinical work (i.e., direct treatment services)ย performed by team members in the position. ACES pays a different rate for non-clinical work (i.e.,ย trainings, travel time, meetings,ย etc.) performed by team members, which is paid atย 15.15/hour.ย ย
