Relevant du gestionnaire des ressources humaines, le ou la recruteur(trice) joue un role cle dans le comblement rapide des postes vacants et dans l'integration de candidats qualifies au sein d'une entreprise en forte croissance et a rythme rapide.
Responsabilites:
- Identifier les besoins actuels et futurs en matiere de dotation et mettre en uvre des strategies efficaces de recrutement et de sourcing;
- Creer, reviser et mettre a jour les descriptions et profils de poste, tout en assurant une veille sur les tendances et les meilleures pratiques en recrutement;
- Collaborer avec les gestionnaires afin de definir les exigences d'embauche et les profils de candidats recherches;

- Publier et gerer les offres d'emploi sur diverses plateformes de recrutement;
- Effectuer la preselection et l'evaluation des CV et des candidatures;

- Coordonner et planifier les entrevues avec les gestionnaires d'embauche et assurer un suivi rigoureux aupres des candidats;

Competences et exigences:
- Un minimum de deux (2) a quatre (4) ans d'experience dans un poste similaire.
- Parfaitement bilingue en anglais et en francais (oral et ecrit).

- Capacite a concevoir et a mettre en uvre des strategies de recrutement.

Recruiter - (On-site: 9300 Trans Canada Route, St-Laurent, QC)
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Recruiter will play a key role in filling vacancies as quickly as possible and intergrading qualified candidates to our fast-paced growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify current and future staffing needs and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies;
- Create, review, and update job descriptions and role specifications while staying current with recruitment trends and best practices;
- Partner with department managers to define hiring requirements and candidate profiles;
- Source and attract qualified candidates through databases, job boards, social media, educational institutions, and other channels;
- Post and manage job openings across various recruitment platforms;
- Screen and evaluate resumes and employment applications;
- Conduct firstround interviews and prequalify candidates for open positions;
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely followups with candidates;
- Extend offers to selected candidates and support the onboarding and integration process;
- Assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications to ensure the best fit for each role;
- Promote and enhance the organization's employer brand and reputation as an employer of choice;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills & Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-4 years experience in a similar position.
- Perfectly bilingual in English and French (oral and written).
