You keep it running clean and fast so the whole team can do their best work. This is an entry-level position with a real path forward for anyone who wants to grow in a professional kitchen.What You'll Do: Run the dish station before, during and after service. Wash, sort and return dishes, glassware and cookware to the line. Keep the kitchen clean -- floors, trash, soak tubs. Support the BOH team wherever needed. Take pride in the station you own.Schedule: Full-time hourly. Five days a week with two consecutive days off. Rotating holidays.Compensation & Benefits: $15-17/hour based on experience.
