SH19 Snack Bar Associate

Full-time and Part-time positions available.

About Us:

SH19 is an extension of The Stovall House, offering a racquet sport based recreational amenity to all active members. Recreational offerings include 5 pickleball courts, 2 padel courts, 2 cold plunges, 1 sauna, warm up and cool down equipment, a snack bar and a retail/pro shop.

We are seeking highly skilled and proactive individuals to provide excellent service at our snack bar, welcoming and serving members in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.

In addition to a base wage, team members benefit from gratuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to work as scheduled, on time, well-groomed and dressed in proper uniform.
  • Greet and serve members and guests in a prompt, friendly, and professional way.
  • Take drink and food orders promptly and prepare them according to member preferences.
  • Ensure food is being replenished accordingly. Communicate with supervisor on par levels.
  • Process payments quickly and accurately.
  • Handle member complaints in a calm, courteous manner. Inform supervisor of any customer complaints or suggestions.
  • Restock service areas and keep them clean. Complete all assigned cleaning tasks.
  • Maintain a pace sufficient to keep up with different levels of member and guest visits.
  • Assist with general cleanliness of the Snack Bar area and guest service areas.
  • Support the management team as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
