Entry Level Banking Jobs in Virginia (NOW HIRING)

We’re hiring Mortgage Support Associates in Winchester, VA to support the home lending process for our Fortune 100 banking client! This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented professionals interested in gaining experience within the mortgage industry.

Pay: $16.50/hr | $24.75/hr OT

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM EST

Training: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST

Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week; 2 days at home

Start Date: 9/29/26

What You’ll Do:

 •    Review purchase contracts and mortgage documents

    •    Complete and follow up on requests for loan documentation

    •    Create initial disclosures for qualifying applications

    •    Communicate with vendors and internal teams

    •    Manage daily tasks while maintaining accuracy and deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail, time management, communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a distraction-free home workspace. Previous document review experience is a plus.

Important: Candidates must be available for the full training schedule. No time off can be accommodated during the first 6 months. This is a foundational contract to hire role with the opportunity to gain mortgage experience and potentially grow within Home Lending as business needs allow.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA.

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
