Responsibilities

  • Collect, review and examine an applicant’s financial history and records
  • Perform risk assessment reports
  • Analyze client’s financial statements and identify effective alternatives to application
  • Maintain knowledge of and adhere to investor guidelines, state and federal underwriting lending policies and the required documentation
  • Keep up with changes and adaptations as they occur
  • Provide elite service to internal and external clients
  • Communicate with clients via email and over the phone on loan status, which includes Mortgage Loan Officers and Broker Owners
  • Manage multiple priorities while building rapport with clients

Qualifications

Must Have Qualifications:

  • Completed 2 or 4-year college degree
  • Complex rationale and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other internet resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and be coached
  • Adaptable to a flexible, fast-changing industry
